The 5 year plan to fight crime based on stats and study from the Memphis Crime Commission, has been issued. President Bill Gibbons will be on Memphis Morning News to discuss the plan, Monday at 8:05.
The Safe Community Action Plan, designed to be carried out between 2022 and 2026 with hopes of cutting crime in Memphis and Shelby County by 25%.
