Jim Holt, President and CEO of Memphis in May says that the general consensus of other festival organizers is that Memphis River Parks Partnership wants the festival out of the park. Carol Coletta, president and CEO of Memphis River Parks Partnership says Holt’s statement a “sad misrepresentation”.
