Runners from across the country and overseas gathered on Saturday in support to end childhood cancer leading to a record breaking $15 million raised.
This brings the total amount raised throughout 22 years of races held to $138 million.
Over 20,000 runners were represented from all over the Mid-South, all 50 states and more than 75 countries to run for this years’ theme “Bring Your Passion to Our Mission”.
Also benefitting from the race was Memphis, with an estimated $43 million boost for local shops, hotels, transportation and dining.
