Another Memphis Morning News exclusive- Tennessee Governor Bill Lee called in to say that school choice is the answer, despite representative London Lamar (D) calling his plan a “scam” by taking public tax dollars and giving to the wealthy. Bill Lee has also committed more resources to Shelby County to help the fight against reckless endangerment by drivers speeding and driving cars that don’t meet DMV requirements – broken signal lights, expired tags / no tags and other infractions that have since been ignored by MPD (under the direction of Memphis City Council) .
