Heard on Memphis Morning News, State Senator Brent Taylor has formally asked for an investigation by the Tennessee Board of Judicial Conduct and the Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility into an alleged scheme by Shelby County DA Mulroy and Judge Paula Skahan. Taylor says in his letter, “it appears Judge Skahan used the powers of her office to get a man released from prison knowing she had no such power.
