Former President Donald Trump, through his legal team has asked the Supreme Court to officially step in and keep his name on ballot. While the appeal has been officially filed, the issues has not been docketed by the court. Should the high court take the case and expedite the review, the justices could vote privately in the next few days to fast track the consideration.
