Several fifth graders tested positive for THC at Oakland Elementary School that has now sparked an investigation by the Fayette County Sheriff’s Department.
In late March, marijuana edibles were found at the school. It all rooted back to a student in the school who, officials say, gave the them to about six or seven kids.
The student accused of distributing the edibles will be charged in juvenile court.
