In a shocking news report verified by a legal notice, Graceland is on the books to be sold at a foreclosure sale on May 23.
The home of the King of Rock & Roll, Elvis Presley, is being defended by his granddaughter Danielle Riley Keough as she has filed a lawsuit by claiming the notice is a fraud.
The notice which came out earlier in May, states that the historic home and the land will be sold to the highest bidder at the Shelby County Courthouse.
It also alleges that it all stems from a Deed of Trust that was signed by Lisa Marie Presley six years ago and that she borrowed over $3.5 million in a loan using Graceland as collateral.
Keough is refuting that in the lawsuit, saying that Lisa Marie never borrowed anything.
