The winners were officially announced over the weekend for the 46th Memphis In May World Championship Barbecue Cooking Contest where teams across the world came in to showcase their pork.
The Grand Champion for the WCBCC was earned by The Shed BBQ, located in Ocean Springs, Mississippi. It was their third time winning the entire competition in their 17 years of competing in it.
Big Bob Gibson Bar-B-Q took home first in pork shoulder, and Heath Riles BBQ Team took home first for pork ribs.

Memphis in May has already confirmed they will be returning for 2025 and that it will occur at Liberty Park.
