President Biden’s son, Hunter Biden, was found guilty of all three felonies associated with the purchase of a revolver in 2018.
Prosecutors claimed that Biden had lied on an obligatory gun purchase form, claiming he was neither addicted to drugs or using narcotics illegally.
Hunter Biden was found guilty by the jury of lying to a federally registered gun dealer, faking his drug use on the application, and possessing the pistol unlawfully for 11 days.
Judge Maryellen Noreika will sentence him, and he could spend up to 25 years in prison.
Despite Tuesday’s results, Biden’s legal battles are not over yet. On allegations of not paying $1.4 million in taxes, he will go on trial in California in September.
