A well-known bounty hunter and TV personality has announced that he is pitching in for the prize to help locate a missing prisoner from DeSoto County.
Duane Chapman, popularly known as “Dog the Bounty Hunter,” announced on social media over the weekend that the reward for Joshua Zimmerman, 31, had tripled and urged people to keep an eye out for the man who is wanted for the murder of a lady.
Zimmerman allegedly broke out of the DeSoto County courthouse last month, according to investigators. Chapman stated the total reward has now been lifted to $20,000.
A $15,000 prize is mentioned on the U.S. Marshals office’s most recent reward poster.
