On Wednesday, the Memphis Showboats chose Blake Watson in the second round of the United Football League Draft.
Watson, coming off his time with the Memphis Tigers, was a 2023 First Team All-AAC selection player, totaling more than 1,500 all-purpose yards and 17 touchdowns.
He was selected to the Showboats after being undrafted in the NFL Draft.
