On Thursday, a man was charged with kidnapping two children.
Harold Thomas, 31, is accused of two counts each of Driving While License Suspended, Especially Aggravated Kidnapping, and Theft of Property $2,500–$10,000.
Additionally, he stole the mother’s Nissan Rogue.
Thomas was stopped by MPD near Knight Arnold and Hickory Hill after he crossed state lines. He was apprehended without any problems.
On Friday morning, Harold Thomas is scheduled to appear in court. A $50,000 bond was imposed for him.
