A brand-new Buc-ee’s is coming to the Mid-South, bringing millions of dollars in investment and 250 new employment to Fayette County.
It will be the first Buc-ee’s in the Memphis area. Tennessee currently has two Buc-ee’s, both in the eastern region of the state in Crossville and Sevierville.
Following a decision made at the industrial development board meeting of Fayette County on Monday, an area near exit 28 on I-40 will be converted into the famous rest stop gas station.
The goal is to have the construction finished by 2027.
