The Memphis Police Department held a Sea of Blue memorial on Wednesday night in memory of officer Demetrice Johnson.
Officer Johnson died in an automobile accident while performing his duties.
Beginning at Oak Grove Missionary Baptist Church at 8 p.m., the Sea of Blue procession made its way across the city and ended in front of North Main station.
