LOCAL | Shooter Granted $100K Bond

On Monday, a judge granted a $100,000 bond to the person who is suspected of shooting several individuals after arguing over parking near Railgarten.

Weeks after being freed on his own recognizance, Detawn Gunn will be spending the time in jail before being released again. He was released on August 27.

Gunn is charged with shooting a man on August 16 in relation to a parking space outside the Midtown hangout spot. After the incident, several persons were injured, and Gunn is accused of five counts of attempted murder.

The initial release of Gunn led to a disappointed reaction from District Attorney Steve Mulroy who argued for a bond of $500k.
