Detawn Gunn showed up in court on Tuesday, after being charged with twelve felonies, five of which were attempted second-degree murder.
Gunn was charged with firing shots outside the renowned Midtown eatery Railgarten earlier in August.
Accompanied by his legal representative and parents, the 30-year-old was informed that he will continue to be free on his $100,000 bond.
Gunn was detained and accused of shooting another man allegedly over a parking space.
