After telling her hairdresser she couldn’t afford her braids last week, a woman allegedly started biting and macing her stylist at a North Memphis residence. She is now in jail.
36-year-old Stephanie Samuels is being held on a $1,000 bond after being charged with aggravated assault.
According to authorities, they were sent to a residence on Forrest Avenue on November 30 to deal with an aggravated assault call.
Stephanie Samuels informed her stylist that she could not pay for her services. The stylist told police that Samuels got upset and attacked her shortly afterwards.
Stephanie Samuels is expected to appear in court next Monday morning.
