A wanted man reportedly shot himself in a car during a chase, prompting police to encircle a home Wednesday afternoon.
The scene on Echles Street was surrounded by police after the suspect was found on Getwell Road.
According to police, the suspect was wanted for Attempted First Degree Murder, Aggravated Assault, and Domestic Assault in relation to a shooting on Hickory Ridge Drive on November 24.
The wanted man was taken to Regional One in critical condition.
