With the inclement winter weather expected to hit the Mid-South Tuesday night and into Wednesday morning, several schools and school districts have already announced they will be closed.
The following list comprises the latest to announce Wednesday closures:

- Carroll County Schools
- Fayette Academy
- Fayette Christian School
- Germantown Municipal Schools
- Hardeman County Schools
- Hardin County Schools
- Lauderdale County Schools
- McNairy County Schools
- Millington Municipal Schools
- Tipton Christian Academy
This follows several school districts that closed early on Tuesday afternoon. Other closings that haven’t been announced yet will be updated when confirmed.
