An 18 year old man is in MPD custody in connection to the death of a dog by throwing him off of Crump Blvd. pedestrian bridge. Police say they have identified Christopher Triplett who they say was the man caught on video throwing a dog off a pedestrian bridge until the dog died. The investigation is ongoing Crime Stoppers 901-528-CASH with any information related to this case.
