LOCAL | Arrest Made In South Memphis Mass Shooting In January That Left Two Dead

The suspect responsible for a mass shooting in South Memphis that left two men dead and three others wounded in January, has been arrested. 

According to court records, 31-year-old Lorenzo Brown was one of the gunmen in the fatal shooting that took place inside a house on College Park Drive on January 29, a short distance from LeMoyne-Owen College.

Witnesses claim that a game of dice in the kitchen turned violent, sparking the shooting. The two men that were killed were 30-year-old Leon Parker, and 27-year-old Marcus Epps.

Records indicate Brown is facing an aggravated assault charge.
