The commercial real estate firm Collier’s has listed Railgarten for sale. This comes three months after it was abruptly closed and seven months after a shooting occurred over a parking spot.
The once-popular Midtown restaurant, bar, and outdoor venue opening in 2017, on Central Avenue.
It had a diner, tiki bar, indoor music hall, backyard beer garden, and a volleyball court, among other amenities.
Railgarten closed suddenly in December for renovations, but no information was disclosed to the public, and no date of a re-opening was given either.
