Thanks to anonymous contributions to CrimeStoppers of Memphis & Shelby County, 12 Spotlight Awards will pay $10,000 each for tips leading to solving the cases. “We decided we needed to do something dramatic in terms of pay,” said executive director of CrimeStoppers, David Wayne Brown. He believes that the local community is in the midst of a “crime calamity.” The cases selected for The Spotlight Awards represent victims in a range of demographics ages 15-64. SUBMIT A TIP
