Buckingham Palace announced that King Charles III has been diagnosed with cancer and receiving the proper treatments.
King Charles did announce that he had an enlarged prostate in mid-January but palace officials have confirmed that it is not related to the cancer.
There is still no official word on what kind of cancer he does have.
Charles has only been king for 17 months, after the death of his mother Queen Elizabeth II in September 2022.
