NBA All-Star Weekend is coming up this weekend at Indianapolis, and the Grizzlies will have a player representing the team in the Panini Rising Stars game on Friday.
With Memphis struggling with ongoing injuries throughout this season, Vince Williams Jr., was brought on initially to be a replacement for a team missing most of its rotational players.
He has turned that opportunity to a full multi-year deal after averaging 9 points and 5 rebounds. He was drafted in 2022 in the 2nd round and is regarded as a pivotal piece for Memphis when they expect to be fully healthy next season.
Williams will be the only player in the roster to represent the Grizzlies in the 2024 All-Star Weekend spanning from the Skills Challenge, Dunk Contest, 3 Point Contest and the All-Star Game.
