KIDS STREET FIGHT | 1 Shot Dead During South Memphis Street Fight

Witness video shows men driving up to a south Memphis neighborhood with kids ready to fight other kids at a residence on Quinn Avenue. Tamara Plummer, who witnesses say lived in the neighborhood was pronounced dead on the scene after being shot. The melee happened Thursday night around 7. The men who brought the kids to fight Plummer’s kids. As the fight continued, adults are seen getting in on it and witness video shows a women holding a gun into the air. Then a male walks up to her and shoots her at close range. As she collapses, a witness can be heard, “oh! They shot her”. The shooter told police his daughters were fighting the victim’s daughters. Je’On Davis was arrested for first degree murder. Police report that Davis is a convicted felon from Kansas City.
