LOCAL | Germantown Road Undergoes Major Shutdowns On Account Of Wolf River Bridge Repairs

Germantown Road’s southbound lanes will be undergoing major shutdowns in order for the Wolf River Bridge to be repaired.

The Tennessee Department of Transportation will begin service on the bridge starting April 12 at 8 p.m.

Northbound lanes will continue their regular flow of traffic.

Commuters can expect to return to southbound lanes by the early morning of April 22, and are encouraged to prepare for alternate routes home if Germantown Road is the primary path of commute.

TDOT has provided drivers with a traffic control map to stay updated on lane closures and other developments.
