Federal charges have been brought against a Missouri woman who was arrested in relation to a plot to steal Graceland, Elvis Presley’s historic house, and swindle the singer’s family of millions of dollars.
53-year-old Lisa Jeanine Findley of Kimberling City, Missouri, is accused with aggravated identity theft and mail fraud.
This all, ironically, is coming out at the tail end of “Elvis Week” at Graceland, commemorating and honoring the life of the King of Rock & Roll.
According to court records, Findley posed as three distinct individuals connected to “Naussany Investments & Private Lending LLC,” a fictitious private lender.

As it turned out, the story that Lisa Marie Presley borrowed $3.8 million from the corporation in 2018 and failed to pay back the loan, using Graceland as security was made up by Findley.
Findley allegedly filed a bogus creditor’s claim with the Superior Court of California in Los Angeles after using fictitious loan documents, forging Lisa Presley’s signature, and a Florida State notary public. The Shelby County Register’s Office was then used by her to use a fictitious deed of trust.
The DOJ also indicated that Findley had other aliases, including Lisa Holden, Lisa Howell, Gregory Naussany, Kurt Naussany, Lisa Jeanine Sullins, and Carolyn Williams.
