MEMPHIS, Tenn. – The University of Memphis football team defeated Troy 38-17 Saturday afternoon at Simmons Bank Liberty Stadium. The Tigers improved to 2-0 on the campaign and have won their first two home games to open a season for the 11th-straight year.
