Former President Donald Trump is projected to win the presidency, becoming the second U.S. President in history to serve two non-consecutive terms. The only other was Grover Cleveland.
Not only has he crossed the electoral college votes of 270, he is also projected to win in a landslide as the remaining battleground states left to finish counting are leaning to Trump.
In seven crucial swing states—North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin, Georgia, Arizona, and Nevada—the contest between Trump and Vice President Kamala Harris was particularly competitive.
He has already been declared the winner in North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Georgia, and Wisconsin.
Also for the first time since 2004, President-Elect Trump is projected to win the popular vote.
It has been reported that Kamala Harris has still not conceded the race, all this comes after she canceled her appearance at her election party at Howard University on Tuesday night.
