After discovering a dead dog in a garbage bag at his house, police have charged a man with animal cruelty in Nutbush.
Daryl Music, 34, was taken into custody by police on six counts of aggravated animal cruelty.
Four dogs were discovered alive in the house, and one dog was discovered alive in a confined area in the backyard on Reenie Avenue, according to the police. They were all said to be malnourished and to live in unclean conditions.
Music is being held on a $7,500 bail.
