The racist and offensive graffiti discovered on Rhodes College’s campus earlier this month was fake, according to the school.
Following the discovery of vile remarks scribbled on a plaza, Rhodes enlisted the assistance of Memphis Police to launch an investigation into the alleged hate crime.
According to Rhodes, the guilty party has acknowledged their role.
The graffiti allegedly read “F N-words, Trump Rules”.
There is no word if any charges will or have been pressed.
